Good design, bad design

The scale of these two projects is very different, but by comparing them side-by-side as design exercises, they highlight the opportunity for success through innovation & execution of a vision. In Apple’s case, they have (as they always seem to), in NASA’s case, they havn’t (as they always seem to). Also, this comparison further shows that both projects’ level of success (or lack thereof) depended largely on a company-wide adoption of a vision and a ‘do it the right way’ attitude.

GOOD

BAD
